    Fiore Stone Roma Fountain 234-F in Cast Stone

    The Roma puts its detail where you see it: an egg-and-dart band runs round the rim of both bowls, acanthus leaves fill the body of the lower one, and a heavily carved urn finial crowns the top. Two tiers only, on a square plinth, at 61.5 inches tall and 48 wide. The carving is deep enough to hold shadow, which is what lets a two-tier fountain hold attention the way a taller one would.

    Important: Install on leveled ground

    Important: The location you choose for your fountain should be firm and level, both for safety and the fountain's performance. Fountains with a basin should be installed on a thin layer of sand, approximately ½" to 1" in depth, on top of a concrete pad to reduce the risk of stress cracks to the basin and help with leveling. Pedestal-style fountains should be installed on a solid-level foundation. If needed, a concrete pad can be used as a base to avoid erosion caused by rain, sprinklers or splash. It will also prevent the fountain from becoming unlevel.
